Emergency Pet Clinic Response to COVID-19

EPC is continuing to be open 24/7 for your pet’s emergency needs. We are working hard to keep our staff healthy and safe so we can provide the care you need during these difficult times. We have made the clinic a no handshake zone and added additional cleaning protocols. You can help us stay healthy by reading the guidelines below before your visit.

If you are ill or have been exposed to someone with COVID-19, please call us before coming into the clinic. We have protocols in place to limit exposure and will advise you on those options before you arrive.

Please limit coming to the clinic with your pet to one owner only. Our waiting room can get crowded and multiple family members increases that number. We can use speaker phone to talk to all members of your family at one time so everyone is aware of what is going on with your pet.

Please understand we will take all pets to the back for examinations with the doctor. This is intended to allow the 6 foot room of space as our exam rooms are small and make this difficult in a confined space.

To increase your speed of check in please fill out this online form and submit. This will allow us to have your information ready to add to our queue when you arrive and will decrease your contact time with our staff. Please remember we are an emergency clinic and patients are triaged on arrival so just like at a hospital patients that are critical will be seen first. Thank you for your patience and support as we adjust to these new practices.
